General information
The organisation behind the Impact Shakers Accelerator and Venture Fund is the Impact Shakers BV and the Impact Shakers Ventures I. The organisation behind the Impact Shakers Microfund (herein 'Microfund') is the Impact Shakers Coop CV(BA).
Submitting your details and actively opting in to accept the terms will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
By completing and submitting the online form available at https://www.impactshakers.com/accelerator and https://www.impactshakers.com/ventures, you will fully and unreservedly agree to all the terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms or conditions, then you should not submit your details.
Once you have submitted your details, we reserve the right to send you further correspondence. You can opt out from receiving further emails anytime by sending an email to us or by clicking ‘unsubscribe’.

Submission process
The submission form is open for an undefined period. 
Only one person per company is eligible for submitting a form. The person in question must be a Founder or Co-founder of the company.
Eligibility for submission: minimum age of 18. Proof of age may be required.

Data processing 
By applying to get on the radar of the Impact Shakers Accelerator and Venture Fund & Impact Shakers Microfund, you agree that we will store the entry materials in our database. Your data will be accessed by Impact Shakers.
Anyone submitting a form grants Impact Shakers the license to use the data collected for all purposes including, but not limited to, post-promotion, sharing relevant information and the opportunity to offer the results to the media. Data collected may be passed on to carefully selected third parties in accordance with the data protection act.

Copyrights
Copyright to the entries will remain with the applicant but the applicant licenses Impact Shakers to use their names and logos to promote it across websites and social media.

Selection process
The choice of projects is made through a rigorous selection and validation process, involving the Impact Shakers team as well as external experts.
We added four main pillars we will select on:
Founder team, Problem & Market, Impact & User focus.
We will shortlist the top startups to participate in Accelerator/Fund or receive funding from the Microfund on a rolling basis and invite them to a number of interviews.
The negotiations with the selected startups will start in parallel with the interviews and the due diligence process. 
We reserve the right to amend the timeline and investment allocations at our full discretion.

Miscellaneous
Impact Shakers reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event that this happens, this document will be updated with the amended terms.
If an insufficient number of eligible entries (as determined by Impact Shakers in its sole discretion) are not received by the closing date, Impact Shakers reserves the right not to carry out the programme.
